POSITION OVERVIEW

TheExecutiveChefisresponsible forallaspectsoftheCulinary Operation,includingfood productioninrestaurants, banquetfunctions,andother outlets.TheExecutiveChefwill collaboratewithFood&Beverage andEventsleadershiptosolve anyopportunitiesthatmayarise.

Developsandmonitorsfoodandlaborcostsandbudgetsforthe department

Monitoringinventoryandpurchasingsuppliesandfoodfrom approvedvendors

COMPENSATION &BENEFITS
