ELECTIONS 2018, MEXICO The largest electoral process in the history of Mexico, in which 3,406 positions of public election are competed. They will be complex elections, unprecedented in their number and diversity, intense in the growing electoral competition and decisive for the future of the country. The moment in which the country is going through demands a high sense of responsibility on the part of all political actors to protect and improve democratic institutions. On July 1 the elections not only include voting for the next Presidente of Mexico, there are also elections for 8 Governors, corresponding to the states of Veracruz, Tabasco, Chiapas,

Guanajuato, Jalisco, Morelos, Puebla and Yucatan, as well as the Government Headquarters of Mexico City; Senators and deputies. All voters registered abroad have been sent by postal mail the package containing the material and documentation required to cast their vote. We already know that, in order for these votes to be included in the scrutiny and counting, they must return to Mexico one day before the start of the electoral day, that is, no later than 8 am on Saturday, June 30. In fact, most of the envelopes with the votes cast abroad have already arrived in the country.
