CB GROUP S.A, commercially known as CONSTRUCTORA CBG, is an important construction company in the Costa Rican market that focuses on offering general construction solutions, with a complete range of Engineering, Architecture and Real Estate Development services, within a framework of permanent consulting and advice to our clients, being an integral part of their projects, whether they are their family home, a construction on an investment property or a commercial or industrial project, as well as a large construction or real estate development project, regardless of its size, our company adapts to your needs.

CB GROUP is also known commercially as CONSTRUCTORA CBG and is part of a Corporate Group called CBG HOLDINGS with companies in different business categories.

CBG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY began in 2005 as a Real Estate Development company, with construction projects for condominiums and residential complexes both in the GAM and in the Guanacaste and Central Pacific area. Within this process, CBG serves as an exclusive and internal department of the development company solely focused on its own projects and those of business partners.

After 2009, the company decided to offer its Architecture and Construction services to third parties, and began a development process, building middle-class and luxury homes for many clients, appropriate to the tastes and preferences of each client, as well as projects of apartment and commercial buildings. This business format means that the company specializes in the construction of houses and over time becomes one of the house construction companies, among the most competitive in the country.

CONSTRUCTORA CBG has maintained constant growth, both in the construction of the houses for the clients and as a reliable partner for the construction of real estate development projects of houses and apartments for investors and developers.
