The Masterplan of the Year award was won by Shalimar OneWorld project by JT+Partners and Shalimar Group.

It is a major urban regeneration project in Sector 6, Eastern Lucknow, adjacent to the Gomti River. The site includes approximately 81 hectares of development plots, for which JT+Partners has been hired to design and supervise multiple projects.

The project in Lucknow, India, will be a mixed-use development with a number of retail, leisure, and food and beverage outlets centred on a central water body and grand clubhouse, with plenty of space for outdoor activities, kid's play, and relaxing evening walks through various landscaped outdoor spaces.

The masterplan has been thoughtfully designed to engage its residents in community spaces, that encourage social interaction to create a sense of belonging to this new neighbourhood. /
