(a) A motion to approve a Restaurant Retail Liquor application for Thai One On LLC d/b/a Thai One On located at 911 Noble Street. Public Hearing Required

(a) Evaluation of bids for denim work jeans, t-shirts and jackets for PARD, Public Works and Jail.

RESOLUTION NO. 12-R-____ A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE ANNISTON WATER WORKS AND SEWER BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anniston, Alabama as follows: Section 1.

That Betty Merriweather be and she hereby is reappointed to the

Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board, Ward 3 for a term ending July 31, 2018.

Section 2.

That the City Clerk cause a copy of this Resolution to be mailed to the

above named appointee and to said board.
