CCUonline: External Training Request Approval - Manager Below is the overview of the External Training Request process. Refer to employee and manager job aids for specific instructions.

Approve or deny external training request. Employee Step

Hover over Home and then click Welcome.

Manager Step

Click on Approve Training.

3a: To see details of the request, click on the training title. 3b: Under options, click the check mark to approve or the x to deny.

3c. There is an option to add comments (this is not required). To finish, click Submit. Your employee will then receive an email indicating whether their request has been approved or denied. If training is denied, it is strongly encouraged to add comments. After your employee completes the training, you will receive a request to approve the completion of the training, confirming your employee did attend.
