NEXT STEPS AFTER PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

WEEK OF 3.30.26

Avoid scrambling to recall accomplishments or spending hours on your next review when the time comes with best practices below:

1- Choose a tracking tool (OneNote, Apple Notes, Word, or Spreadsheet, etc.) to record your successes and challenges.

2- Schedule recurring calendar blocks to review and document your performance and update goals progress. Staying consistent is the most important.

3- Schedule quarterly check-ins with your manager. Review progress. Identify blockers. Ask for feedback. Adjust as needed.

4- Use CCUOnline and available training to build the skills your review identified.

Access the performance management resource page to find skills models and other helpful resources for employees and managers.
