Shipping is added to all orders unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Terms

Carl O always sends its shipments free from our warehouse. This means that the buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods during transport. This condition applies unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

We inspect each shipment before it leaves our warehouse. Should it still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, it must be reported to Carl O no later than three days after the goods have been received. Returned goods sent without return information will not be handled. In case of product defects or need for spare parts, register your case on our website (carl-o.se/reklamation/) or contact our customer service. For easy and quick handling, please attach a picture and describe your case.

Disputes

We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes in case of any dispute.
