Named after the iconic native Tennessee wildflower, Blue Aster invites guests on a culinary journey through the regional flavors of Tennessee. Sourced from nearby farms and purveyors, the menu offers seafood-centric dishes with a Nashville twist. Locally-sourced fresh produce and meats, with a focus on perfectly prepared fresh seafood. Taking our inspiration from the Tennessee Valley’s traditions, seasonal menus rely on local farms and producers, and are genuinely sophisticated without being fussy.

Thistle & Rye is a casual chic, cocktail bar on the third floor of Conrad Nashville serving avant-garde cocktails and small plates with a global street food inspiration.
