PROJECT ROLE: I selected the color ways and interior fnishes of many of the various programmed spaces on site to ensure each type of program was clearly delineated for ease of use amongst patients and staf.
Located in the English countryside, this world class medical facility was designed to aid the recovery of injured veterans following serious trauma. The site includes multiple gyms, a swimming pool, outdoor gardens, patient rooms and diagnostic imaging. To facilitate ease of navigation, a color-specifc way-fnding and identifcation system was thoughtfully integrated throughout the project.

PROJECT ROLE: As part of an initial master plan, I studied massing, building height, unit layouts and overall site composition as part of a team with architects and civil engineers.
This multifamily project entails a comprehensive site study aligned with the client's objectives to determine the optimal number of dwelling units obtainable for the site.The project encompasses a diverse range of building types, including townhomes and condos, multifamily low income “workforce” units, and luxury market-rate apartments available for rent. In addition, the site includes access to an existing bike trail on the south adjacent to natural wetlands, a public plaza and various open spaces for residents to enjoy.

PROJECT ROLE: To ensure accuracy of construction, I coordinated all twenty two stairwells on site alongside structural an civil engineers while making sure to meet code requirements. I also coordinated the design of the clubhouse with the interior design consultants.
Spread across seven residential buildings and one clubhouse, this project consists of 3-Story Garden Walk-Ups with both surface garage parking for tenants. Amenities include an outdoor community area, a ftness center, pool, outdoor fre pit with grill stations and a mini bicycle track for children.

PROJECT ROLE: In coordination with mechanical engineers and interior designers, I coordinated all amenity spaces including lighting, interior materials, ceilings and mechanical layouts.
As part of a larger urban renewal and rezoning project, this fve level “Wrap” style building is included in a master plan to provide more housing to this historic area of Denver. The building includes amenities such as a large coworking space with private ofce pods, a roof top lounge, dog wash, secure bike room, and seven live/work units for artists and small business owners. In addition a separate commercial shell space is provided for a future tenant to further activate the southern street front on site.
