HOLIDAY BOOKING CONDITIONS 1 - TERMS & CONDITIONS for UK HOLIDAYS When a booking is made, the 'lead name' on each booking confirms that he or she is 17 or over and has the authority and accepts on behalf of the party the terms of these booking conditions on our web site or in the brochure and as confirmed in the pre-booking information. This confirmation will include any special requests we have agreed. Your booking is not confirmed until your bank mandate or payment details have been received. BOOK NOW, PAY ON ARRIVAL •
PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

PAYMENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN UNTIL AFTER YOU ARRIVE

Upon receipt of your booking we will confirm details, prices and any requests by email and or phone

We will then email you a pro-forma invoice and a link to set up a payment mandate, which will confirm your booking

You can cancel your booking without charge by giving just 29 days’ notice
•
If you cancel 28 to 15 days prior, you will be charged 25%
•
If you cancel 14 to 8 days prior, you will be charged 50%
•
If you cancel after this date you will be charged 100%
•
We will always do our best to resell your booking
•
You can name change without charge up to the day before
•
Please do not make any travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed
