A driving tour in the comfort of your own vehicle, while being guided by CD brings to life your surroundings as you listen to the sounds of cannons and gunfire behind the narration of different soldiers from the era, who landmark the turning of events. Enjoy the July 4th spectacular fireworks show, Civil War reenactments in September and the Annual Antietam National Battlefield Memorial Illumination in December, where a brilliant array of 23,000 luminaries are lit in honor of those solders who fell in battle. Fall is peak leaf peeping season and the mountain roads are a prime place for bicyclist to train.
