Audi AG selects TETRA for on-site communications
3T Communications AG (3T), in partnership with its parent company Sepura, has been awarded a prestigious contract to provide a TETRA mobile communications network to AUDI AG’s headquarters and largest production plant in Ingolstadt, Germany. The superior technical solution combines 3T’s reliable TETRA infrastructure with Sepura’s market-leading terminals to ensure highquality, consistent communications coverage over the 2.6 million m2 site.
This will fulfil both immediate and ongoing demands

Klaus Goettl, Head of Automation at AUDI AG, said: “After evaluating the options, we awarded the contract based on the system that would deliver the best in terms of functionality and reliability, to fulfil both our immediate and ongoing demands.” n
Over £2500 for charity The Cake Club, held at Begbies Traynor Cambridge, is celebrating having raised a further £200 for Macmillian Cancer Support bringing the total raised to over £2500. On Wednesday 17 October an event was held with demonstrations from Natalie Hanlon of The Pampered Chef. Natalie gave an extensive demonstration of the cookware and attendees were invited to participate in the making of fruit tartlets and chocolate molten lava cake. Everyone was then able to sample the delicious tarts and cake. The Begbies Traynor Cake Club is a women-only networking club for professional service providers. n

Method multiplies CAMBRIDGE integrated brand and design agency Method is growing at a pace with the addition of three new team members in as many months as significant client wins continue. Lorna Hopkins has already made an impact with local clients through her Social Media tutorial sessions while experienced copywriter Lucy Debenham supports the team on the agency’s Red Bull account. Laura Wing, who earned her stripes with global PR agency Iris, will work on the recently secured PR contract win with leading commercial property firm Januarys. n
