There is a wide variety of paper stocks, envelope colors, and finishes to choose from for your next mailing. And we really do it all here. We offer total project management for all your mailing needs – start to finish!

Custom Cards Cards come in all shapes and sizes. We can make cards that are full color, simple, one or two sided, folded, and much more. Conlin's can use variable data to create individually personalized mail pieces that will make the most of your mailing. Greet your recipient by first name or personalize the images and messaging for different market segments. Add shine with a UV gloss coating or metallic inks. Finalize cards with scoring and folding.

Featured Services
Mail Automation Mail automation capabilities enable efficient workflow, reduce downtime, and make operations more responsive. Conlin’s saves time with improved methods while driving results for your organization. Less hand work means better mail campaigns. In order to ensure successful mail automation, your designs need to be the correct size for our machines. What does that mean? Creating the correct size materials, like smaller inserts, will allow our automated machines to process your mail projects properly.
How to Design for Mail Automation For example, if you have an insert going into an invitation style envelope, downsize your cards. Instead of designing a 5″ x 7″ card to fit in an A7 envelope, design a 4.65″ x 6.65″ card so it can be machine inserted. A 5″ x 7″ card would need to be hand inserted or cut down in size to utilize mail automation. For more sizing tips, design templates, and information contact us today!
Our Machines Conlin’s has some of the best machines to complete mailings small to large. Our PB Rival Inserter is simply AMAZING! We love to utilize this machine for large mailing campaigns. The equipment can fold letters, insert them into envelopes, and print the address and indicia all-inone. It makes our job ten times easier, gets your project out the door and into mailboxes quicker.
