ThefilingofForm5500isapartoftheoverallreportingframeworkoftheEmployee RetirementIncomeSecurityActof1974(ERISA).Itprovidesfederalagencieswith informationregardingtheplansponsor’soperations.Itisamandatory“annualreport”thatall 401KsubscribersmustsubmitbyJuly31eachyear.
