A Psalm of David Ascribe unto God, Oh children of God, ascribe unto God glory and strength Ascribe unto God the glory due unto God’s name; worship God in the beauty of holiness. The voice of God is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders upon many waters. The voice of God is powerful; the voice of God is full of majesty. The voice of God breaks the cedars; God breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon. God makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild-ox. The voice of God hews out flames of fire. The voice of God shakes the wilderness; God shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of God makes the hinds to calve, and strips the forests bare; and in God’s temple all say: 'Glory ' God sat enthroned at the flood; yea, God sits as King for ever God will give strength unto God’s people; God will bless the people with peace.

Beloved, come to meet the bride, beloved come to greet Shabbat!

“Keep” and “remember”: a single command the Only God caused us to hear; the Eternal is One, God’s Name is One; glory and praise are God’s.

Come with me to meet Shabbat, forever a fountain of blessing

Still it flows, as from the start: the last of days, for which the first was made

Your space will be broad, your worship free: away the promised one; we will exult, we will sing for joy!

Enter in peace, O crown of your husband; enter in gladness, enter in joy.

Come to the people that keeps its faith. Enter, O bride! Enter, O bride!

Thus you shall remember to observe all My commandments and to be holy to your God. I am Adonai, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God: I am Adonai your God.
