We have broken it down into daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks for you. Daily - You must check infectious and hazardous sharps/waste containers and replace them if needed. This is important so no contamination or injuries occur. -
Sterilize and lubricate any handpieces.

Flush water through the handpiece waterlines between each of your patients.

Flush water through the air and water syringes.

It’s an absolute must to clean and disinfect all operation equipment after each patient.

Lubricate the nose cones, prophy angles, and contra-angle between every client.

Run the suction cleaner through any operational HVE as well as the saliva ejector tubes.

Thoroughly clean and disinfect the delivery unit traps.

Drain out and wipe down the ultrasonic cleaners.
Weekly - Analyse and check for any safety hazards in the space. -
Remove old traps and replace them with a new one for the delivery units.

Check the current gaskets on the handpieces and replace them if necessary.

Check the current O-rings on the handpiece couplers and replace them if necessary.

Conduct a biological spore test for each of the sterilizers to ensure there is no contamination
