Cone Architecture was founded in Seattle in 2015 where we spent the first five years making a collective impact on the future of housing. While our Seattle office continues to be a leading voice in design, we aim to expand our horizons and create solution for other rapidly growing communities. Our new satellite office, located in Charlotte, NC, sets out to use this knowledge in new environments. Cone's parallel experience in Seattle makes us uniquely qualified to help bring relevant, community-oriented, and respectful design to housing in the greater Charlotte area and beyond.
