Preface
This manifesto was created under the influence of the ideas presented in the book "A New Architecture of Humanity." May this manifesto reach all those who are able to hear and understand.
Ontology
1. A Human is Mind and Body
2. The Body is the Basic Instrument of Action and the supplier of Energy to the Mind.
3. The Basic Instrument of Action is the Instrument of Action that which enables the Expression of Will in the World and is Basic because it is granted at birth.
4. The Mind is a Neurobiological and Symbolic system that possesses the phenomenon of Thinking.
5. Thinking is the process of changes within the Mind
6. The Neurobiological system is the system that sends commands and receives signals from the Body, contains Patterns, and has the phenomenon of Neurobiological Thinking
7. Patterns are elementary, meaningful neural connections.
8. Neurobiological Thinking is Thinking based on a neurobiological algorithm
9. The Symbolic system is an emergent system derived from the Neurobiological system a system of Patterns in the form of Symbolic Models, and it possesses Symbolic Thinking.
10. Symbolic Thinking is Thinking based on symbolic algorithms. It is not influenced by neurobiological processes, transforms Patterns into Symbolic Models crystallized structures of Patterns and the symbolic algorithms of Thinking themselves are Symbolic Models.
11. Symbolic Models are divided into Conscious and Unconscious
12. Conscious Symbolic Models are those that reside “within” Symbolic Thinking.
13. Unconscious Symbolic Models are those that exist “beyond” Symbolic Thinking, meaning they influence behavior and judgment but are unknown to a person due to inaccuracies, changes, and errors of the Symbolic Models of Symbolic Thinking.
14. Energy is a neurobiological phenomenon that participates in the formation of Patterns, the connections between them, and the use of the Body, possessing qualities such as Direction and Quantity.
15. The Direction of Energy in the Mind is formed by Patterns
16. The Quantity of Energy in the Mind depends on the Body.
17. Will is the coordinated totality of a person’s Energy and has a quality called Strength.
18. Strength of Will is the Quantity of Energy in the Mind that has not been annihilated by contradictions of Patterns, and their effectiveness depends on the degree of accuracy of the Patterns.
19. Will-expression in the World requires actions upon Resources and through Resources.
20. Actions occur within the System and outside the System
21. Actions within the System of Regulations are Will-expression upon an object of Willexpression, which also has other subjects of Will-expression, and are divided into Co-Action and Counter-Action.
22. Co-Action is Will-expression upon an object that has other subjects of Will-expression and is directed at increasing the collective quantity of the Resource. represented by this object of Will-expression.
23. Counter-Action is Will-expression aimed at mutual annihilation with other subjects.
24. Actions outside the System of Regulations are divided into Self-Action and No-Action.
25. Self-Action and No-Action are interdependent concepts, because Self-Action upon something exists while all others are in No-Action.
26. Resource is an object used during Will-expression.
27. The System of Regulations is a system of written and unwritten Regulations of Willexpression of people or systems, which can be formed during Communication, and possesses phenomena such as Strength and the Meaning Core of the System.
28. Strength is the quality of Symbolic Models and Patterns in the Minds of people that reflect Regulations or the Meaning Core of the System, and indicates what Pressure these Patterns and Symbolic Models can withstand from other Patterns that form contradictions in the Minds.
29. The Meaning Core of the System is a Symbolic Model responsible for the causality of CoExistence, i.e., joint presence within one System of Regulations
30. Regulation is that which governs the Will-expression of system participants, is derived from the Meaning Core of the System, and exists in forms of negative (i.e., Counter-Actions) and positive (i.e., Co-Actions) Regulations.
31. Communication is Will-expression of two or more people between each other in the form of exchanging Signals via Instruments of Action.
32. Signal is that onto which Patterns are projected.
Expansion
The Principle of Non-Domination is the principle of not imposing one's Will on another person or being. If this principle is violated, it no longer applies to the violator, and anyone depending on whether the violation has been regulated or not may, in any manner, impose their own Will upon the violator without losing the applicability of the Principle of Non-Domination to themselves.
A System of Regulations whose Meaning Core is based on the Principle of Non-Domination is a Agreement
The Principle of Domination is the principle of imposing one’s own Will on another person or being.
A System of Regulations whose Meaning Core is based on the Principle of Domination is a Dictate Concordia is a space where people make agreements with anyone, about anything, at any time.
Proclamation of Concordia
The rumble of the fragments of the old world falling to the ground began to reach our minds and this rumble awakens people, revealing the true colors of this old, dictatorial order.
The first rumble was the emergence of the Internet a tool for making agreements that united the planet and erased borders between states.
But the Old World, acting according to the Principle of Domination, began to tighten its grip and occupied the Internet. States again began erecting digital borders with firewalls, and where there is no total control by the state, corporations that cooperate with it prevail.
The second rumble was the emergence of new agreement technologies blockchain, which is almost impossible to suppress or fully control by the forces of the Old World.
The third rumble of the Old World was Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which vividly demonstrated the essence of the UN’s dictatorship and its helplessness in situations when a state with veto power violates the very rules of the UN. It showed that these rules do not apply to the very bearers of privileges.
The Old World is cracking at the seams but does not loosen its grip. It resists the arrival of the New World the World of Agreements, the World of Concordia, despite the suffering and lack of freedom it itself creates. Let new agreement technologies become the foundation of the New World a world where the Agreement regulates global conflicts. A world where agreement is possible.
So I call on all who are able:
Unite and fight!
Fight for new ways of agreement.
Fight against Dictatorships.
Fight for Concordia!
