CoreCurriculum

3-DayModel.VeritasAcademyisdedicatedtothebeliefthatthecoreacademicstudiesofmath,scienceand humanitiescanbesuccessfullytaughtina3-dayhybridmodel.AllclasseswillbetaughtoncampusMonday, Wednesday,andFriday TuesdaysandThursdaysarehomedays,wherestudentswillpracticeandimplement whattheyhavebeentaughtonthecorein-schooldays Familieswillalsohavediscretiontotakeeldtrips,or engageinextracurricularactivities Inthismodel,newmaterialisnotexpectedtobetaughtathome;however, parentswillbehelpingstudentspracticewhattheyhavelearned,andfosterahealthy,consistenthomelearning environment.Youngerstudentswillpracticewhatthey'velearnedandastheygainindependenceintheir academicstheywillbegintoprepareforthenextclassthroughreadingandstudy.

nancialaidprocessorcalledBenefaq.Theapplicationis$35andVeritasAcademyreceivesareportrelatedto whatafamilycanfeasiblyaordbasedontheirnancialportfolio Withthisinformation,ourcommitteemakes adecisiontakingintoaccountthereportandanyextenuatingcircumstance Ourdesireisthatafamilyinneedof tuitionassistanceisabletopayaminimumof10%oftheirsalarytowardsChristianeducation,butwealso reviewthenancialcircumstancesinmakingourdetermination.
