IftheHeadofSchoolhasdeterminedthatthestudent’swordsorbehaviorconstituteaSeriousDisciplineCase, thestudentwillbesubjecttoadisciplinehearingbeforeaselectcommittee Thedisciplinehearingwillinclude thestudent,theparent(s),theteacher(ifapplicable),theHeadofSchool,andEducationCouncilmembers At thispointtheEducationCouncilwilldeterminethenecessarycourseofactionwhichmayincludesuspensionor expulsionofthestudent.Tuitionwillnotbereimbursedforsuspensionsorexpulsions.
