iii. TheSecretaryshallberesponsibleformaintainingcopiesofallformalorganization documents, with the exception of nancial records. This shall include meeting agendas and minutes, resolutions, bylaws, records offormalcommunicationswith partners or recipients of funding, etc. The Secretary shall be responsible for maintaining a Google Apps account to facilitate the orderly maintenanceofsuch records and transaction of Board business The Secretary shallberesponsiblefor aiding the President in the formulation of meetingagendasandtheschedulingof meetings,andshallberesponsiblefortakingallmeetingminutes
vii. Ifaboardmemberoro cerisunableorunwillingtoperformhisdutiesorisdeemed to be acting in a way prejudicial to the interests of the organization, he may be removedfromo cebythefollowingprocedure:a)priortoaregularmeetingofthe board,anotherboardmembermayproposehisremovalasanagendaitem;(b)ifa2/3 majorityvotesforhisremoval,hewillbesuspended;(c)atthenextregularmonthly meeting,thematterwillberevisited,andifa2/3majoritystillresolvesonhisremoval, hewillbeformallyremovedfromo ce,andareplacementsought.

VI. Expenditures
