Standard Enrollment Fee
Every student pays one enrollment fee per year. A student is considered enrolled once the student has been accepted and the enrollment fee paid. These fees are non-refundable.
Curriculum Fee
In addition to the enrollment fee, every student pays one curriculum fee per year.
Assessment Fee
We administer an annual assessment in the Spring of each year This also allows us to track our students in comparison to other private schools, and to track their own personal growth from year to year to ensure that they are progressing.
Tuition
Tuition pays the cost of instruction at Telos Classical Christian School In addition to tuition, families pay certain additional costs throughout the year to cover optional field trips, school shirts, and other activities.
Extended Care
The Telos Prep 3-year-olds class dismisses at 2:15, which is one and a half hours earlier than the rest of Telos We do offer an Extended Care option in which they can stay until the 3:45 dismissal time for the rest of the school for an additional fee. This must be chosen and the fee included in the financial contract for the year before school begins, or upon enrollment
Refund Policy
By entering into the Financial Agreement, the parent/guardian shall be responsible for the entire contractual amount whether or not the student attends classes, or if the student voluntarily withdraws or is expelled from school prior to the end of the academic year. Telos CCS requires a written notice of withdrawal 90 days prior to the student’s last day. Tuition will still be required to be paid during that 90 day time period. Any families wishing to break their tuition contract early will need approval by the Telos CCS Board of Directors The school specifically reserves the right to hold transcripts and report cards until all tuition and fees are current.
