TUITION PAYMENTS

In an effort to make tuition payments as convenient as possible for your family, we provide three options to choose from to make payments:

1. One annual payment made by July 1. 2. Two annual installments made by July 1 and December 1. 3. 12 monthly installments beginning July 1 and continuing through June of the registered academic year.

Invoicing will be completed through ClassReach. You will complete a tuition agreement and then have the option to automatically pay for monthly or submit a check at the office.

A $25 returned-check fee will be added to any amount due should a check be returned. Please alert us if there are any changes to your bank or account number during the academic year.

Delinquent Accounts:

● Families are to pay the current month’ s tuition on or by the 1st of the month. ● In the event that tuition and/or fees are not paid within the first five days of the month, a fee reminder will be sent to all applicable families. This will be done no later than the 10th of each month. ● Any tuition and/or fee payment received after the 15th of the current month may be assessed a late fee of $50. The family will be contacted regarding the late payment. ● If any payment becomes more than 20 days past due, students may not be permitted to attend classes or participate in any school activities until full due payment is received. This suspension requires approval of the Head of School who will inform the delinquent family. If hardships come upon you, and payments cannot be made on time, you must notify the Head of School in writing prior to the due date. There are important obligations to be kept on behalf of The Terra Nova School, and we must be aware of circumstances that affect these obligations.

Ways to Pay Tuition:
