UNIFORM POLICY

2025-2026

UNIFORM GUIDELINES

Logos Classical Academy (LCA) is committed to a uniform clothing policy for its students, recognizing that humans are both physical and spiritual beings made in the image of God The way students dress is an expression of stewardship of their bodies and regard for others. Uniforms eliminate subjective standards of dress, ensure modesty, and allow the school to focus on academics instead of attire. Uniforms also:

• Fosteradisciplinedlearningenvironment

• Encouragecommunityspirit,whereindividualityissacrificedforthegoodofthegroup.

• Setstudentsapartfromotherschools,buildingasenseofunitysimilartoathleticormilitaryteams.

HairPolicy

As we cultivate an identity rooted in Christ, we emphasize inward character over outward appearance, remembering 1 Samuel 16:7 - "Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." In a world that often blurs distinctions, we aim to reflect clarity and Godgiven design through neat and modest grooming and affirm God’s intentional design The school reserves the right to address hairstyles that do not align with these guidelines in a spirit of grace and understanding.

• Hair must be clean, neatly groomed, and kept out of the eyes to ensure focus during learning and activities

• Hairstyles should be simple and modest, avoiding extremes that draw unnecessary attention to the individual.

Each LCA student is required to have three types of uniforms for specific days:
