OUR DISTINCTIVES:

WHY LOGOS CLASSICAL ACADEMY?

LCA is classical, Christian, and covenantal, and seeks to f

1. Discipleship

We integrate biblical truth into all subjects and train students to see the world through a biblical lens. We cultivate a love for God, wisdom, and virtue, preparing students for lifelong faithfulness. Daily prayer, Scripture memory, and morning assemblies anchor students in God’s Word.

2. Scholarship

We pursue academic excellence, equipping students with the tools of learning through the classical Trivium (Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric). Our students engage with the great books, classical languages, and rigorous mathematics to cultivate discernment and wisdom.

3. Partnership

We believe parents are the primary educators of their children, and we serve “in loco parentis” (as an extension of the parent). Regular parent-teacher communication, conferences, and family events foster strong relationships between school and home. At LCA, we prioritize partnership with the church and the home.

4. Formation

Students learn by doing, engaging in hands-on projects, Socratic discussions, and real-world applications. Character formation is central students are trained in self-discipline, respect for authority, and servant leadership. We prepare students not just for college and careers, but for faithful service in God’s kingdom.

BUILDING A STRONG FUTURE FOR LCA

ACCOUNTABILITY

We uphold academic and theological integrity by aligning with the standards of the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS). We maintain governance independence to ensure unwavering faithfulness to our mission.

Our school is accredited by The Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC). Additionally, we are actively working with ACCS and Concordis Education Partners to uphold and exceed the highest standards and best practices in classical Christian education.

ACCESSIBILITY

We are grateful for the generosity of Warrent Baptist Church for providing a space while we rent. Our goal is to establish a permanent place we can call home.

Because we desire to make educational discipleship accessible to all families, we strive to keep tuition as affordable as possible. However, tuition only covers a portion of our operating costs, and we rely on the generosity of donors to bridge the gap. The heart of our school is our teachers. Investing in faculty training, retention, and resources ensures we maintain excellence. We prioritize our classrooms and faculty culture as key components of our institution’s success. Upgrading student resources, covering rental costs, and acquiring new curriculum materials will allow us to serve students and families more effectively.
