AYE 2026 Charis Classical Academy Tuition & Fees

**It is our desire that no family wanting to educate their children would be prohibited for financial reasons. To that end Charis has a tuition assistance program. Upon acceptance to Charis, if you desire to apply for Tuition Assistance please contact us and we will send you a link to apply.

Books and uniforms are not included.

K - 4th Core: Central Classroom M/W and 1/2 day Friday 5th and above: Central Classroom M/W/F full days

The following fees are assessed in addition to tuition and must be paid before students enroll. All fees apply per student unless indicated.

Per family not per student Applications for Core students must be received by July 1st for fall semester and November 1st for spring semester

The enrollment fee covers all rental and supply fees, course packets, as well as academic testing. Tuition, fees, and deposits will be refunded in the event a class does not have a sufficient number of students enrolled. Parents will be notified as soon as possible if a class is canceled

Early Withdrawal /Delayed Entry

Since Charis Classical Academy must make budgetary decisions based upon a projection of enrollment, purchasing supplies and materials, and contracting with teachers and staff based upon enrollment agreements, the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year

When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below

When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below

If a student joins 2nd semester only, tuition will be 65% of annual tuition rate
