The enrollment fee covers all rental and supply fees, course packets, as well as academic testing. Tuition, fees, and deposits will be refunded in the event a class does not have a sufficient number of students enrolled Parents will be notified as soon as possible if a class is canceled.
Early Withdrawal /Delayed Entry
Since Charis Classical Academy must make budgetary decisions based upon a projection of enrollment, purchasing supplies and materials, and contracting with teachers and staff based upon enrollment agreements, the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family must withdraw before/during the school year.
When a student is withdrawn from the school, whether at the request of the parent or the school, the parents' financial liability for tuition is shown below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.
