Monthly tuition amount paid in 12 equal payments, July 2025 - June 2026. $25 late fee if not paid by the 10th of the month
Accounts that fall 30 days past due will assess an additional $25 late fee
Students may not return if an account falls 90 days past due

EARLY WITHDRAWAL / DELAYED ENTRY
Immanuel Classical School makes budgetary decisions for the following school year based upon spring enrollment, which includes purchasing curriculum/materials and hiring faculty Due to this, the school retains a prorated portion of tuition if a family withdraws before/during the school year.
If a student is withdrawn from the school, the parent’s financial liability for tuition is shown below. Neither withdrawal or expulsion negates the financial agreement; however families with extenuating circumstances may appeal to the school
When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the Delayed Entry schedule below.
