IftheHeadofSchoolhasdeterminedthatthestudent’swordsorbehaviorconstituteaSeriousDisciplineCase, thestudentwillbesubjecttoadisciplinehearingbeforetheschoolboard.Thedisciplinehearingwillincludethe student,theparent(s),theteacher(ifapplicable),theHeadofSchool,andschoolboardmembers(where necessarytheboardmaybringinadvisorsorspecialiststoassistwiththediscussionssurroundingthediscipline process) Atthispointtheschoolboardwilldeterminethenecessarycourseofaction,whichmayinclude suspensionorexpulsionofthestudent.Tuitionwillnotbereimbursedforsuspensionsorexpulsions.
