Alarms SSAIB Accredited Solution Our alarm system is one of the most versatile and reliable solutions on the market designed to monitor and protect void property or sites/areas that require surveillance with alarm response. Without the need for power, a phone line, or the internet there are an unlimited number of applications for this alarm system. It can be quickly installed across the country by our accredited team with sites being secured within hours of an instruction.

The alarm systems are monitored by an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) where all activations are immediately scrutinised and actioned without delay. Our experienced staff review the footage and based on client specific instructions, implement agreed actions/protocols accordingly. If an intruder is confirmed an SIA Registered Guard is immediately deployed to site to investigate.

This intelligent review of video footage eliminates false alarms reducing unnecessary costs. On identification of intruders we work with the Police to share video proof of access, promoting a high priority response to cases.

Security in Residence Security in Residence or often referred to as Caretaking is a cheaper alternative to 24/7 Static Guarding. A two-person team live on site and occupy rather than formal guarding provision. All teams are SIA Licensed, ex Gurkha Regiment Security Officers occupying a premise with the sole purpose of protecting the property.

Having full-time occupants on site legally prevents against squatting and removes the threat of vandalism and damage.

Well-spoken former HM Forces personnel assist with access for contractors and visitors (with relevant entry logs and access protocols) and can also provide a concierge service.

The officers are supported by state-of-the-art alarm and surveillance technology and provide an early response to attempted theft, vandalism or trespass.
