Case studies

St Clare’s Court Liberation Group needed a cost effective fit out of staff accommodation units for workers in the Channel Islands. Included in the total budget are preliminary costs, strip out, M&E, ceilings, doors and frames, decorating and flooring, fittings and furniture.

Raleigh Park We updated and refurbished 50 kitchens and 116 bathrooms across 5 blocks at Derwent Students, Raleigh Park, to give each room a modern feel and make the space more inviting to the next generation of students. We also fitted 42 fire doors throughout the blocks. 9
