We are award-winning design and build specialists producing outstanding projects in a variety of buildings throughout the UK, Channel Islands and internationally.

Our clients occupy many sectors and range from pubs, bars and hotels to offices, universities, councils and the MoD. We are friendly, flexible and fun to work with and our highly experienced site teams play an integral role in bringing your vision to life.

Our team are also experts in the preservation of properties, we operate nationwide delivering reactive and planned maintenance services to ensure your facilities remain in the best condition possible.

Although we prefer to shape each project from the first sketch to the final stitch, our design, build, branding, furnishing and maintenance services can be selected individually to suit your requirements.

From a Doncaster based furniture company, to a national corporation of 5 Concorde-branded companies, after 3 decades of business, Concorde BGW Group is firmly established as one of the top design and build companies in the UK.

FOOTBALL TO FURNITURE

Balancing a semipro football career with his professional life, Richard Wilson, becomes Director at Colyers Contract Furniture.

BEGINNING

At 24, Richard re-mortgages his house and buys Colyers Contract Furniture, renaming the business Concorde Interiors Ltd.

OVER THE OCEAN

Our First project in Northern Ireland for the MoD. Over the next 5 years we complete 20 more projects in the provenances and Iraq.

NATIONWIDE PROJECTS

By the early-2000’s, Richard had expanded Concorde’s coverage to the whole of the UK.

RESPONDING TO THE PANDEMIC

In just one day £10 million pounds of projects were cancelled or put on hold. We respond to the Covid-19 pandemic by restructuring the business to ensure a future.

Re opening in June, the slimmed down business delivered £17m of projects in the year and remained profitable against all odds.

Our talented tradespeople get to work delivering refurbishments and full fit-outs.

Our trusted and highly experienced site teams play an integral role in bringing your vision to life. From groundworks to glazing, plumbing to plastering, electrical works to excavations, the whole process is seamless and always under the watchful eye of a dedicated Concorde Project Manager.

Once the paint is dry and the doors are open, we don’t just walk away. Our facilities management team are on hand to keep your space in tip top shape 365 days of the year.

We focus on a ‘first time fix’ wherever possible to ensure minimal disruption to trade. Planned maintenance enables you to forecast works to ensure your property always has an exceedingly high finish.

We also respond to unforeseen circumstances 24/7 with reactive maintenance services and ensure minimal disruption to your business.

As we face a new age of energy inflation and cutting down on the use of non-renewable sources, we are proud to also offer a range of green energy solutions that will help you to lower your dependency on the grid and reduce your business’s carbon footprint.

From feasibility designs, building control submissions and planning applications, to procurement and developing detailed works programmes, and then to the build itself –at every stage we ensure all works are within budget and projects provide the right results to maximise your return on investment.

Investing in employee well-being means we have in-house Mental Health First Aiders and provide a private health care plan.
