This in-person Chair Yoga class introduces exercises that will help activate your muscles, lungs, heart, and mind. It focuses on your core, arms, legs, shoulders, back, and neck to increase joint mobility and enhance blood circulation. This class aims to promote wellness by stretching, bending and breathing exercises. Come and join us to learn the skills and apply them anywhere you go. No class August 22.
