This in-person Chair Yoga class introduces exercises that will help activate your muscles, lungs, heart, and mind. It focuses on your core, arms, legs, shoulders, back, and neck to increase joint mobility and enhance blood circulation. This class aims to promote wellness by stretching, bending and breathing exercises. Come and join us to learn the skills and apply them anywhere you go. No class August 22.

Balance through Tai Chi

Learn and practice gentle movements to improve your balance, mental focus, strength, and general health. Each class includes meditation, Qigong, and Tai Chi movement that can be done either seated or standing. Great for those new to Tai Chi and wishing to improve their balance and mobility.

AARP Driver Safety

The AARP Smart Driver course is the nation’s first and largest refresher course designed specifically for older drivers. For over 40 years, millions of people have used these classroom and online courses to update their driving knowledge and skill so they can continue driving safely for as long as possible. When you take the AARP Smart Driver course, you could be eligible for a multi-year discount on your auto insurance, and will keep you and your loved ones safe on the road.
