A European cooperation project to support young early music ensembles in the emergence and sustainability of their careers.
The third phase of a long-term cooperation, Sustainable EEEMERGING brings together more than 20 organisations across Europe. It is the successor to EEEMERGING (European Early music Ensembles) and EEEMERGING+.
Since its inception 10 years ago, this support programme has evolved towards a more cooperative model. Its mission is to support young early music ensembles and musicians at the start of their careers, offering them training, networking and opportunities to explore and experiment with their artistic raison d’être. Sustainable EEEMERGING adds the notion of sustainability, applied not only to young ensembles but also to the whole ecosystem that surrounds them.
Artistic openness, cooperation, innovation and local and international resonance are the key values of the project.
