YEAR IN REVIEW 2023

A YEAR OF GROWTH

2022 was a year of transition. It involved changes in leadership, i.e. introducing a new Chief Executive Officer and Chairs on the Board of Directors. With this, came new experiences, learning curves, and excitement around the future. As CONA Services settled into the

new changes, we entered 2023 hopeful and ready to accomplish goals. To do this, we knew that growth was what was needed and that was what happened. The #1 area of growth within CONA this year was the creation of our CONA Digital Office.

The CDO is comprised of Marketing & Operations, Product & Engineering, Strategy & Planning, and Insights & Analytics teams. After hiring 25 seasoned new members, CONA is well positioned to deliver and maintain the goal of a streamlined myCoke, the go-to online resource for ordering and support across the Coca-Cola products list. The introduction of the CDO was also the driving

reason for changes and growth within our internal leadership team. Samantha Mitchell took on the new role of Chief Digital Officer. Saurabh Parikh moved into the role of Chief Product Officer for Customer & Innovation, which caused David McClure to become the Chief Data Officer for BI & MDM. Finally, Sean Campbell joined the team as Chief Information Security Officer.

2023 HIGHLIGHTS

As the years go by, CONA continues to grow and improve the work we accomplish. Throughout 2023, CONA Services put effort toward the attainment of our goals. The amount of accomplishments that were produced by our teams were astronomical. Some key achievements were:

Pulling our teams together with purpose.

CONA continued to highlight the importance of in-person activity through implementing inoffice policies, engaging in Bottler workshops and large events like BY Days, Tech Summits, and more.

Our employees worked incredibly hard in 2023 to deliver successful deployments across platforms The Ariba project had all Bottlers complete Phase 2 Go-Lives rolling out Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, & Spend Analysis on SAC. The osapiens DSD FSV project also completed all deployments

The CONA 2.0 journey continued as teams worked on initiatives that will take CONA to the next level The project of transitioning to S4/HANA Matterhorn took priority while testing continued to reach for a 2024 Go-Live date. This platform will unlock new technology & processes, simplification of core applications, embedded analytics, and a new user interface option (Fiori).

Through all of these deployments, expansions, and more, CONA continues to be dedicated to being an innovative partner that provides products and services to enable our clients with the right solutions.

RECOGNITION FOR OUR HARDWORK

Innovation Excellence Award

Providing cutting-edge technology to our partners has been our goal from the very beginning, which is why we are thrilled to announce that we received the Innovation Excellence Award from Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited This award showcases that we are a partner that has demonstrated brilliant execution with Coke Canada’s innovations and product offerings. We work closely with Coke Canada on special projects, providing breakthrough performance and speed to market despite demanding timelines and changing requirements. Overall, we are a partner that positively impacts Coke Canada’s ability to achieve sales growth and market share gain Our history has led to us proving that CONA Services continues to be a valued innovation partner for our Bottlers. We are honored that Coke Canada recognizes our dedication, collaboration, and all the hard work that our team puts in every day.

“Diversity & Inclusion” Award Nominee

The CONA team was also highlighted as being a nominee for the Diversity and Inclusion award for Coke Canada’s 2023 Supplier Partner Forum.

PEOPLE & ENGAGEMENT

CONA Culture

The CONA Services team grew exponentially in 2023 We welcomed an additional thirty new team members while maintaining an above average retention rate The company also continued its commitment to inspiring the next generation through a formal Internship program for the 7th consecutive year CONA brought in three interns who completed the 10-week program in a hybrid-model. The structure of the program once again proved to be very successful, hiring two and providing all with valuable learning experiences.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council worked hard to further implement their cause into the culture of CONA. Some highlights were executing learning sessions, introducing a podcast club, hosting panel sessions, celebrating holidays. Their efforts were rewarded with zero DEI incidents reported in 2023.

Employee Engagement Council

The Employee Engagement Council was created to promote a culture of highly engaged employees and be a voice for employees In 2023, the council grew to 12 members who made strides toward creating an environment where CONA employees felt their work had meaning and was purposeful They did this through hosting employee events, office hours, and in-market Bottler visits, implementing new channels of communication, collaborating with other CONA councils, improving onboarding, and more.

CONA in the Community

Part of the CONA Services culture is our team’s commitment to helping the community. Below are some events that CONA had the pleasure of being apart of in 2023:

We partnered with Habitat for Humanity - North Central Georgia Inc. to help landscape a home for the Eber family, a single mother of four children CONA is grateful to be given the means to help others who deserve it and want to thank all those who supported this thoughtful initiative.

CONA participated in the Ronald McDonald Golf Tournament. The mission of RMHC is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families CONA believes in this mission Many of CONA’s strategic partners once again supported this fundraiser, raising over $225,000.00.

The CONA team also supported the RMHC Toy Drive, with our employees collecting 150+ toys for the children in need and participated in Meals that Heal at the house, where employees cooked dinner for the families.

We raised $2,000000 for the Dekalb County Library, creating an after school program for children. And finally, spent multiple days volunteering at the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
