Construction of a brand-new restaurant space in the basement of a 1928, 3-story building in downtown Bend. The buildout included a waste collection and pump system requiring extensive excavation and rock removal. Venting for the restaurant hood, HVAC mechanical distribution and structural integrity were all challenges that were met and solved. TEAM
