It is an absolute delight to provide you with my marketing plan.
I was a mortgage banker for years and the key to my teams success was application of digital systems ahead of the other guy. I’ve always been really good with computers and data sciences. That made me a better lender. Now I’m a real estate broker and digital is where we make you money in this market.
I still write loans. In fact our new slogan is “Home and Loan” is One Word. But my true love has grown to be real estate sales. I’m good at the technical part, contracts and such. I was banker. They don’t let you screw up contracts.
But here’s the thing. I’ve always been a student of marketing and know the science that surrounds it. So the real estate equation is pretty obvious to me. It’s like this....
Competition for any scarce product drives the price for that product. Your house is one of a kind. It’s scarce. So the solution is simple. Increase competion.
So I learned digital marketing and those computer skills I got long ago are now creating thousands and thousands of views on ads and videos I create; now on homes I sell...hundreds of thousands.
Our association says 86% of agents don’t advertise. I’m here to tell you of those that do, only a small percentage get it right.

As Broker Owner of Compadre Brokers, Rory Manning says “I’ve finally built the company I always wanted to work for.” Coming from a corporate background Rory built sales teams for mortgage lending and real estate development corporations. As a producing manager for over 15 years, Rory closed over $300 million in sales and finance transactions with multi-billion dollars in lifetime team production.

Karen Christian has over 25 years real estate experience. As Transaction Coordinator, Karen keeps client’s purchases and sales on track, on time and in compliance. She is our administrative liason coordinating agents, escrow and lender details.
There are many moving parts in every home sale and Karen keeps them all together for you and for me. Maintaining contact wtih escrow and serving as a contract backstop for agents and lenders. Tim Rose is Compadre’s Property Geek and Title Specialist. and allows our customers to be smarter about property documentation and better owners through knowing title conditions and limitations.
