Promotional merchandise is common for big organizations. This client has
over 3.000 employees working from more than 100 offices in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. “A solid
company like this uses many types
of merchandise such as notebooks, pencils or other materials that they can offer their clients.”
The organization: “The organization highly
values this sustainability part of their business. Their merchandise
needed to share this
story as well. The first
assignment was selecting products that were both sustainable and could be combined into a
collection.”, Nikolaj says.
The experienced account
manager ordered several samples in order to make the perfect combination and test the quality.
Nikolaj continues: “Step two was creating a
webshop providing
access for all 100 offices to the merchandise
collection selected by the
company’s headquarters. However, I advised them to sent sample orders to the different offices first, so they could test them.
After this test phase, I had the factory process the
bulk order. Just a small step into eliminating
waste, because we knew
the offices would actually
order the merchandise via our webshop module!”
