The successful candidate will join Community Integrated Care’s Communications & Marketing Department at an exciting time, following a recent departmental restructure to support the development of distinct internal and external communications functions. Reporting to the Head of Customer & Stakeholder Engagement, the successful candidate will support the implementation and delivery of an annual programme of internal communications and engagement activity, in line with our newly launched IC&E strategy. The candidate An energetic, resourceful and self-motivated communicator, with good knowledge and experience of a broad range of print and digital channels, the post-holder will possess exceptional written skills and creative flair. With a keen eye for a great story and the ability to tell it in the most compelling way, they will be passionate about developing the Community Integrated Care brand internally. They will do this by promoting the achievements of our internal audiences, creating opportunities for them to have real involvement and influence within the organisation, and bringing our organisational story to life in the most compelling way. The successful candidate will be a true ‘people’ person, with the ability to build great relationships at all levels within the organisation. They will be committed to developing a deep understanding of our workforce, motivated by the desire to make Community Integrated Care a better place to work, so that our services are better places to live. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a communications or PR role, preferably within a large organisation or agency. They will have worked on delivering effective communication campaigns, have a good eye for design, and knowledge/experience in Adobe Photoshop and videoproduction software would be highly regarded, but not essential. They must, however, have excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work, being able to balance multiple priorities and complete tasks and projects efficiently. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are necessities.
