Dear God, Thank You for creating us with emotions and for caring about how we feel.
Today, we surrender our emotions to You. Help us to name what we feel, challenge it with Your truth, and change or channel it by Your Spirit.
Thank you for saving us. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit. Be Lord over our hearts, not just our minds. Shape our words and responses to reflect You.
We commit our emotions to You now— In Jesus’ name, Amen.
