When Jesus was Tried before the law of God, He stood in our place

What is Blasphemy
Mark 2:5
“Your sins are forgiven”

“Now some of the scribes were sitting there, questioning in their hearts, 7 ‘Why does this man speak like that? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?’”

3 And Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” And he answered him, “You have said so.”
The Outcome

1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”
Father, Thank You for the love that you sent Jesus to take my place. Thank You that He stood trial for me… that He took my punishment… and that because of Him, I can be forgiven and free.
Today, I turn to You. I lay down my sin, my pride, and my past.
I surrender to You. I believe Jesus died for me and rose again.
From this day forward, I want to follow You with all my heart.
