This booklet is designed to deliver detailed information about Carnival Support Services India’s (CSSI) vision, values, team mission and expected employee behaviours.
Culture Essentials are clear behaviours for all our colleagues to champion and build a stronger culture, together. It is designed on the foundation of Carnival Corporation & plc's vision statement and core values, that prioritises an ethical, compliant and healthy workforce.
We support the onboarding team, ensuring that our crew get their visas ahead of their departure to join ships.
For our crew, we will:
• Provide all the support to help you get your visas well in advance of your scheduled join date
• Respond to all your queries in a time-bound and courteous manner
• Hold documents and information shared with us in a safe and confidential manner For our stakeholders, we will:
• Provide a customer-level service, adhering to published SLAs
• Maintain excellent business relationships with Consulates and Visa processing centres
• Identify any risks that may prevent our crew getting their visas in time, share the information with all interested parties within the company and where possible, provide mitigations
“To be India’s employer of choice in the crewing industry and a trusted strategic partner for all our stakeholders”.
Our 7 core values are clear actions and behaviours that every employee at CSSI is expected to champion. Understanding, adopting and practicing these behaviours together will help foster a strong organisational culture.
