FILTER FAQS
What exactly is a filter and how does it work?
A filter is software that manages the Internet connection and controls the content. The content filtering settings are determined by the device owner (that’s you!)
Question: “I put on a filter, is my device now Kosher?”
NO, a filter does not and cannot make a device kosher, certainly not entirely child-safe. Installing a filter is a necessary precautionary action which all of us must do to avoid unnecessary and undesirable content. It does not absolve us from being constantly vigilant to keep ourselves and our family safe.
Who makes filtering software?
Filtering software is built, maintained, and supported by private companies. TAG acts as your advocate and installs and sets up the software according to YOUR needs. We work with a number of filtering providers to make sure you get the best fit.
Who decides what is allowed or blocked by the filter?
YOU do! The filter settings are completely customizable, and TAG is here to make sure your settings are configured to YOUR satisfaction.
Can every Internet-capable device be filtered by TAG?
No. It is important to be aware that not all devices can be serviced by TAG, so it is worthwhile to call TAG BEFORE you buy a new device, to find out if it can be serviced.

The 45-second balance test is commonly used in fitness protocols:
Stop timing when you lose your balance. To get an accurate result, you must stop timing once balance is lost. Balance is lost once you:
• Move your arms from their current position in an attempt to maintain balance.
• Move the raised foot in order to re-balance yourself.
• Move the standing leg or weight-bearing foot in an attempt to maintain balance.
• Open your eyes (if eyes were closed).
• Move your torso or upper body in the attempt to stay balanced.
How did you do? Your results will indicate your need for a balance-challenging program design. A trainer or health professional can make recommendations.

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients and blend thoroughly. Form the mixture into small meatballs & arrange in a single layer in a shallow casserole dish.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and the cranberry sauce is melted.
3. Pour the sauce evenly over the uncooked meatballs in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. The meatballs are done when they are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
Serve the meatballs hot with toothpicks as an appetizer, or serve them over rice or mashed potatoes
Alternative cooking methods: Boil the sauce and add the meatballs. Boil on low for 2-3 hours. Or place meatballs in a crockpot. Prepare the sauce as directed above, and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure they are evenly coated in the sauce.
