Book enough time for your meeting, preparation and a quick tidy up.

Do not jump in an empty meeting room without booking it first.

Do not pin anything to the walls or use blu tack.

Ensure you vacate the meeting room on time.

Return furniture to the original room layout.

Turn off any conference equipment used.

Remove cups and crockery.

Leave the meeting room clean and tidy.
