ROLE OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYERS WHILE SOLVING COMMERCIAL LEASE DISPUTES

Commercial property lawyers are specialists in the area of commercial leasing and disputes. They might represent the landlord or tenant, but they primarily act as negotiators and mediators, resolving differences between landlords and tenants to ensure that a tenancy is viable for both sides. As well as negotiating on behalf of their client, some commercial property lawyers will enter into lease agreements with landlords or tenants themselves.

The Role of a Commercial Property Lawyer in Solving These Disputes:  Undertaking the necessary research, investigations and background checks to ensure that both parties in the transaction are suitable for commercial lease disputes.  Ensuring that all of the legal details of a lease are correct and that they are adhered to, as will avoid future disputes and save money.  Advising what rights each party has and how they can go about enforcing these rights.  Negotiating on behalf of their client to ensure the best possible deal is reached.  Mediating between both parties if a dispute arises during a tenancy, either at the commercial or residential level, to reach an agreement that will satisfy both parties needs.
