Onboarding Process Overview

Welcome to the Nuvei Onboarding Experience! We're excited to guide you through a seamless and efficient onboarding journey and ensure that all necessary information and documentation are provided promptly.

Your onboarding journey begins with a personalized notification granting access to our intuitive Onboarding Portal.

The notification you will receive will come from Nuvei Onboarding <marketing-admin@nuvei.com>, and contain the subject: "Welcome to Nuvei". If you have not received the message in your inbox, please whitelist our email address or check your junk/spam folder.

Once logged in, you'll have a clear and comprehensive view of your onboarding progress and all ongoing processes. Our user-friendly menus make navigation effortless, allowing you to focus on what matters most:

• Status: Track your onboarding progress in real time

• Documentation: Easily manage and submit required documents

• Application Form: Complete and review your application with confidence

• Banking Details: Securely update your financial information

Application Form & Documentation

To begin the onboarding process, please complete the application form and provide the necessary documentation as detailed below:

Company Details

• Please provide the name of the company that owns the company and its corresponding details

Expected Volumes - Start off next call from here

• Supply an estimated volume. This includes:

o Monthly Volume: (e.g., 50,000)

o Expected Number of Transactions Per Month (e.g. 18,000)

General Processing Information

Please proivde the following details relevant to your business model. All fields in this section are mandatory:

• Pricing Model: Specify your business's pricing model (e.g., one-off)

• Target Market: Indicate the merchant's primary market(s) you are targeting

• Services Offered on Your Website: Detail the services provided (e.g., tourism and travelrelated services, gaming, ecommerce, etc.)

• Average Transaction Value

• Average Fulfillment Period: (Where relevant) Specify the average time between order purchase and service/goods provided

• Expected Go Live Date

• Expected Start Integration Date: Provide the expected date starting the integration process with Nuvei's platform

Security Information

Please answer the following security-related questions to ensure your business meets the required security standards:

• C-Panel Admin: Provide the details of the person who will administer the Nuvei back-office portal 'Control Panel' once the onboarding process is completed. This individual will have access to manage the account, settings, review statistics and financial/risk reports, etc.

• APM Pricing Manager: Provide the details of the commercial contact who will be responsible for the Alternative Payment Methods' pricing discussion.

Please provide the URL(s) of your business website(s). For example:

Directors and Owners

Please complete the following information regarding the company's directors and owners:

• Organizational Role: Add at least one director (and/or an owner) and one authorized signatory. These can be the same or two different individuals.

• Ownership Percentage: The total should be at least 76%.

• Is the company owned by another company?: If another entity owns the company, share the corporate structure (organizational chart) to identify the final Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). Even if a shareholder is a legal entity, the natural person(s) behind the company must be identified.

Documentation Requirements

Please ensure that all KYC items listed in the Documentation tab are completed. These items are mandatory and are categorized into two distinct sections:

• Mandatory for Go Live

• Mandatory for First Payout

Upon submission, Nuvei's Underwriting Team will review and validate your documents. The status of each document will be updated in the portal as follows:

• Approved: The document has been validated

• Received: The document has been uploaded and is pending validation.

• Pending: The document has not been validated, additional information is required

Comments or additional information requests will be provided in the description column by the Underwriting Team.

Banking Details

Under Banking tab

To facilitate the processing of your payments, please provide the following banking information:

• Settlement Bank Account: Supply details of the bank account where settlement payments will be made

• Bank Statement: Upload a recent bank statement that includes the account details. This document is mandatory for onboarding process

Processing History and Financial Statements

(Where relevant and requested)

Please upload the following financial documents:

• Documentation Menu - Information about Source of funds

Please upload company financial statements for the last two years, including the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. These do not need to be audited, however must accurately reflect your financial position.

• Processing History:

Provide a detailed history of the past 12 months*, including monthly volumes, chargebacks, and refunds. This should cover only Visa and Mastercard transactions in EUR or USD. The data must be uploaded in a readable format, such as Excel (PDF is not accepted), and should match the template provided in the onboarding email.
