High magnification
As inspection tasks become more challenging, the Xplorer Cube enables you to resolve small features down to a few µm with focal spot of 12 µm (JIMA resolution of 5 µm) at 8 W and a short FOD of < 11 mm allowing high magnification. This ensures even the most minute components can be thoroughly examined, leading to higher quality control and reliability in production.

Delivering an industry leading 65 W at 130 kV, the Xplorer 130 Cube is ideally suited to automated inline 2D and 3D inspection of PCBAs, batteries, and other electronic components. Combined with a large coverage wide beam of 115° on both axes this enables you to increase the efficiency of your production line with maximized throughput.

Ethernet connection
Operate the module in the way that suits you best. Control of the module can be achieved either with the included GUI or via your host-controller using the provided software interface specifications. The Xplorer 130 Cube includes a modern ethernet connection supporting industry 4.0 requirements enabling you to future proof your systems and monitor the system’s performance with the extensive diagnostics provided.
