It is with great honor that I extend my greetings to the Columbus Realtist Association (CRA) as you celebrate your annual Installation and Awards Gala. I am thrilled to recognize you as you host your 7th Annual Gala, a significant milestone that marks your unwavering commitment and dedication. This achievement is a testament to your hard work and the impact you have made in the community. Your Ohio Realtist Association (ORA) family applauds you for this remarkable milestone.
Established in 1952 as a state association under the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), ORA has stood together for over 72 years, embracing and promoting our mission of "Democracy in Housing," thanks to the efforts of our incredible boards from across the Buckeye State.
Today, ORA is composed of seven local boards. We are grateful for the growth and development of CRA, which experienced an impressive 67.5% increase in membership from 2022 to 2024. This growth reflects the strength of our organization and the increasing impact we are making in our communities. Congratulations on this accomplishment!
As 2024 draws to a close, I want to express my deepest gratitude to outgoing President Qiana Jones. Over the past several years, your leadership has been outstanding, inspiring and impactful. You have tirelessly dedicated yourself to the organization, helping to solidify a legacy of strong leadership.
I also want to congratulate incoming President Anna McCurdy. You are well prepared for this role, and I am confident you will lead the organization to new heights. Continue to blaze new trails, set the standard, and help our communities thrive by building wealth through homeownership and real estate acquisition. Thank you, CRA, for all you do to serve our organization and the community.

Your dedication has transformed lives and neighborhoods, and we are all inspired by your passion and resolve. Tim is an extremely passio of experience, celebrated as saxophone player. Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with numerous well-known local musicians and performed with smooth jazz, funk, and R&B bands. His musical foundation is deeply rooted in gospel, has mastered a wide range of genres, including smooth jazz, pop, blues rock, R&B, Neo-soul and Bollywood. He has been hired by several vendor traveled the country performing Bollywood music at weddings and private events.
As a solo performer, Tim has captivated countless audiences with his scintillating saxophone performances. Whether playing at corporate functions, private events, weddings, cocktail hours, or fundraisers, he brings sparkle and elegance to every occasion. His ability to seamlessly blend into any environment while delivering soul- stirring performances has made him a sought-after musician.
Currently Time continues to perform regularly, both in clubs and concerts with his band, The Liberated Soul Project, and as a member of the Marvin Gaye Motown Tribute Band. He also frequently makes guest appearances and freelances for a variety of gigs. His soulful sound and impressive saxophone keeps him in constant demand.
