Independent Living ClassesNon-Resident Rates
Nextwork instructors teach classes designed to increase selfmanagement and independence in the following core areas:
Living on my own Relationships
Executive and Behavioral
Function
Health and Nutrition
Finances
Community and Safety
Classes change each term and include conceptual and applied components.
Rate: $500 per class, per term.
New term quarterly. Check our blog for schedules. Ask about financial assistance.

Life-Skills Coaching—
Non-Resident Rates
An hourly service provided for clients oneon-one.
Coaches educate and guide clients on how to engage in daily activities such as cleaning, cooking, meal planning, shopping, using public transit, or managing finances.
Coaches also work with clients to help them set and accomplish goals toward better self-management.
This service is provided in the client's home, the community, or in the NextWork space.
Rate: $30-$45/hour

An hourly service provided for clients oneon-one.
Our employment specialist assesses the client's skills and needs, and supports the client in their job search, application, interview, and settling into the job. Unique to our program, we provide training for employers on how to make their company culture more autismfriendly. This training includes tips and tricks for better communication, and guidelines on common accommodations for autists. Presentations to C-Suite and managers also available. Rate: $30-$45/hour for individuals $250 for business presentations

NextWork Training Apartments -
Resident Rates
Resident rates are based on the number of hours the resident works each week. Residents must be high school graduates or have a GED.
"Unemployed"= working less than 15 hours per week
Work hours = under 15
Guided learning hours = 15 (includes classes)
Job search hours = 10
Coaching hours = 3
(Annual participation fee is between $10,480 and $31,460. Financial assistance available using a sliding scale.)
NextWork Training Apartments -
Resident Rates
Resident rates are based on the number of hours the resident works each week. Residents must be high school graduates or have a GED.
"Part-time"= working 15-30 hours per week
Work hours = 15-30
Guided learning hours = 15
One-on-one coaching hours = 2 (Annual participation fee is between $7,020 and $21,060. Financial assistance available using a sliding scale.)

Resident Rates
Resident rates are based on the number of hours the resident works each week. Residents must be high school graduates or have a GED.
"Full-time"= working 30-40 hours per week
Work hours = 30-40
Guided work hours = 2-6
One-on-one coaching hours = 1 (Annual participation fee is between $2,320 and $6,960. Financial assistance available using a sliding scale.)
The Training Apartment Program
Those who sign a lease for the Training Apartments agree to participate in the program and maintain 80% participation in their employment, classes, life-skills coaching, and financial responsibilities.
The Apartments
Unfurnished, one bedroom apartment with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave along with regular amenities.
Clean, neutral design with soft-close cabinets and a flat-top electric stove.
Wired for Century Link internet service.
Residents are responsible for paying for electricity and wifi.
Income-based rent, OAC, between $300-$900/month Market rate for these apartments is $1130. (*Prices valid as of January 2023.)
Residents may use their key card to access a private staircase to the NextWork space, which is open to residents between the hours of 8AM and 10 PM.
