Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members of the Columbia Valley Community Foundation The Board of Directors of the Columbia Valley Community Foundation hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at 7 PM on the 22nd day of June 2010, in the Pine Room of the Fairmont Hot Springs Lodge, in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC for the following purpose: 1: To receive the report of the directors to the members. 2: To receive and approve the financial statements of the Society for the period ended December 31, 2009. 3: To elect directors of the Society to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Society. 4: To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting. The applicant is proposing to extend the permitted hours of food and beverage service on the existing outdoor patio from 12:00 am (midnight) to 2:00 am. The application does not include or permit an increase to the seating capacity of the business.
